We have three houses in Wavertree. This area is a thriving student community well serviced by public transport, shops, bars, and restaurants. The houses are only a 10 minute bus ride from Liverpool city centre and located very close to Sefton Park.

The houses offer single study bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities. There is also a communal living room with a TV and a kitchen with a fridge, cooker, and micro-wave oven.

Gas, water, electricity and council tax are included in the price so there are no expensive bills at the end of the month.

All study bedrooms rooms have a washbasin

En-suite is also available

Students share the kitchen and the living room.
